A chance to have your say on accessibility in Shelburne.
Community engagement sessions are happening Thursday at the community centre on King Street.
You’ll be able to learn about what the town and municipality’s current plans are, and share your thoughts and concerns.
Accessibility coordinator Michelle Vacon says they’re looking to update their plan in 2025.
“We do have accessibility plans currently, we update them every three years. We’re focused on updating them right now, and it’s really important that we hear from people in the community,” said Vacon.
There’s also a three-question survey online
The province’s goal is to make every community fully accessible by 2030.
