Mattie Settlement, Antigonish County can claim ownership of this year’s Christmas Tree that is heading to Bosten! Hugh and Liz Ryan are donating their 45 foot white spruce!
It’s been a tradition since 1971, that Nova Scotia sends a Christmas tree to Bosten to say thank you for the help Boston gave the province during the Halifax Explosion.
The tree will be heading to Bosten later this month and will be there and ready for the December 5th Boston Common Tree Lighting ceremony!
