Highway 103 has reopened between exits 11 and 12 after a multi-vehicle collision led to a closure.
In a post on X at about 8 a.m. Thursday, they said that Highway 103 was being closed between exits 11 and 12.
Traffic was detoured along Highway 325 during the closure.
An official with the Department of Public Works characterized the collision as a multi-car pile-up.
