Well today celebrates something that could be the butt of many jokes.  It is Toilet Paper Day!
Maybe this is not the greatest topic in the world, but we can all relate to this product.  A few years back this was a VERY valuable commodity with shortages being noticed in stores.  Toilet paper and hand sanitizer were almost as costly as diesel is now.

I have always thought that hemp should be used for toilet paper or at least mixed with wood fibre as it grows a lot quicker than trees.

Regardless of what it is made of, the debate around how to properly hang the toilet paper roll is an ongoing conversation.  I can’t see why as OVER is the right way, haha.  Get mad if you like, but here are the science folk to back me up.

 

One final thing to flush out before wrapping up this blog, haha.  What did people do before you could go and buy toilet paper?
Some of you are saying, well they used magazines and newspapers dummy…  OK, but what about before that??  Yeah, I didn’t know the answer either.
