As we get word of another famous actor passing away over the weekend with the loss Bob Saget, could 2022 be another year like last??
Well we DO have some potentially good news for the film world locally.
Looks like Shelburne is once again on the radar to be the set of a film series. I am sure most of you either remember, or have heard stories about when the Scarlet Letter was filmed in the town.
Anyone that watched the first 15 minutes of Moby Dick remake from 2010, that was also filmed on the waterfront of this South Shore town.

Now we get word that Disney has its sights set on Shelburne for early spring. Anyone that has worked as an extra will have their ears perk up with that announcement. We are not hearing anything about the onscreen side of things yet, but if you have accommodations to offer up, they want to hear from you already.
