Job Description
The Seafood Handler / General Labourer responsibilities include moving products to and from lobster tanks and handling live lobsters with extreme care during both the packing and grading stages, so our distributors and customers receive an excellent product.
They will also unload Lobster boats and pack lobster into shipping boxes when necessary. Due to time constraints and production needs, these duties are often alternated throughout the day and involve repetitive motions. Employees in this position must work independently with minimal supervision, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of their job performance.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Odors, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Reliability Weight Handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
