The wait is finally over for the more than 300 women coming to take a peek behind the curtain of federal politics.
A group called Equal Voice has provided an all expenses paid trip to Ottawa for one young woman from every riding in the country.

The delegates were chosen this past fall.
Denise Siele with Equal Voice says it wasn’t an easy task but it was worth it.
“We’ve been able to put together a stellar team that’s really working hard to insure that these women come away from Ottawa with a renewed passion.”
The project cost around $750,000 to put on.
The ladies arrived in Ottawa over the weekend and will be there until Thursday.
The program culminates with each woman taking the seat of her local MP on Wednesday.
