It’s a go for lobster fishing season in LFA 33 and 34 for Tuesday.
Port reps voted Dumping Day to start in 34 at 5 a.m, one hour earlier than normal.
That will allow for a safe opening to the season for fishers in Yarmouth and Digby counties.
LFA 33 which covers Shelburne to Halifax will start at 7 a.m.
