I know you probably just finished up the last of the Christmas goodies that survived the holidays. AND those of you trying to hang on to that New Year’s resolution about eating fewer sweets are not wanting to talk about this topic. But, let’s look at store bought cookies. Today is Fig Newton Day and I have to say, they always seemed like a healthy cookie choice, haha. I remember my grandparents usually had a package laying around.
