The 48th annual Toronto International Film Festival is set to wrap up this weekend and again there have been some very interesting works viewed on the big screen.  One that has been talked about a lot just happens to be a documentary, interesting to note as we prepare for the 10th annual Lunenburg Doc Fest Sept 21-27.
“Mr. Dressup: The Magic of Make-Believe” takes a look at the life and career of children’s entertainer Ernie Coombs.

There were so many great kids shows I doubt anyone could come up with a complete list.  From Romper Room to the Muppets and Fraggle Rock, but without a doubt Mr. Dressup with Casey and Finnegan would be on the list of any child from the 80’s or 90’s.
