UPDATE: Police in Quebec report the child was found safe and sound in the St. Hyacinthe area.
A one year girl from Nova Scotia has been reported missing. Police in Quebec issued an Amber Alert today for Laura MacPhee. The child went missing in Saint-Louis-De-Blandford, a small town northeast of Montreal.
Police are looking for 31-year-old Jessie-Wayne MacPhee, who was last seen driving a red 2008 Toyota, Corolla with Nova Scotia plates HCT 840.
Anyone with information is asked to call 9-1-1.
