Position Description
- Ensure Bingo session is running smoothly
- Calls Bingo numbers in a clear, distinct and consistent manner
- Ability to handle pressure
- Fast paced environment
Duties
- Ensures that all equipment is in good working condition and all progressive jackpots are correct before sessions start
- Interacts with guests in a positive and friendly manner by assisting guests with game rules, promotions, and alt other aspects of Bingo
- Ensures that all guests are we!! advised on house rules and game procedures before session games are called
- Calls Bi11go numbers in a dear, distinct, and consistent manner
- Promotes special game sale?.·and correctly verifies all Bingos
- Ensures that Bingo sessions start on time and that Bingo games are kept running; ensures· that the crowd remains calm in light of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Employment Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills
- Wiling to work ·as part of a team
- Must be bondable
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must work nights and weekends
- Willing to take additional training as deemed necessary and provided for the AFN
- Minimum of grade 10 or equivalent
- Previous guest service and sales experience preferred
- Food Handler’s certificate an asset
