The Liberals have their candidate in the riding of Lunenburg West as political parties gear up for the next provincial election.
Jennifer Naugler will represent the party in the South Shore riding currently held by Mark Furey.
Naugler was not challenged in her bid and will officially get the nomination on April 27.
She made the announcement on her Facebook page on Wednesday.
The native of Hebbville is the past chair of the former South Shore Regional School Board.
Furey is not seeking re-election and announced his decision not to re-offer in February.
