There’s a Facebook page called Rate My Plate, where people can submit the dishes they whipped up.
Somebody submitted a photo of the pasta they made with gravy. Like all things, this has split the internet.
Traditionally, it’s a pasta sauce (tomatoes and garlic) on the noodles. Some people think gravy only belongs with a Thanksgiving dinner. I’ll answer those nay-sayers with the Quebec delicacy called Poutine. What about a Hot Turkey Sandwich?
I’m tempted to give this a go now!
