ABCO is offering residents of Lunenburg more information on their proposed developments, this time in the form of a 3D rendering.
The company released an aerial video (produced by Stone Court Studios Inc.) of their facilities on Tannery Road on Wednesday. The video starts by showing the facilities in their current state before superimposing the proposed developments over the original to give an accurate depiction of what the final project would look like.
A great aerial view of the some of the proposed changes to the ABCO site. As you can see, we are hoping to double the size of our fabrication capability. We think that Brewery on the end of the point will look pretty smart as well! #LightShip Saltbox Brewery Feel free to comment or to send a message and we will answer as many questions as possible.Big thanks to the people at Stone Court Studios Inc for helping us get the word out to the community!

The video gives an idea of the scale of expansion ABCO is looking to do and the company says the new building would represent a 100 per cent increase to floor space.
In order to start the developments, the Town of Lunenburg would need to remove ABCO’s properties along Tannery Road from the Architectural Control Zone. The ARZ does not allow for buildings to expand beyond 25 per cent, which ABCO has already done in the past. It also prohibits steel-clad buildings like the one proposed.
The video also shows Saltbox Brewery’s proposed cidery and pub.
