Liverpool’s favourite son will be honoured once again this weekend.
It marks the 28th year for the annual Hank Snow tribute.
This year will showcase both Hank Snow and Hank Williams.
Kelly Inglis with the Hank Snow museum says the event brings people to the area from across North America.
“As artists they’re thrilled. Every year when I approach somebody as a headliner act they’re just absolutely honoured to come and really look forward to it each year.”
Inglis says Thursday’s headliners “Blue Yonder” are a Hank Williams tribute band out of West Virginia.
Some of their members actually played with Hank Snow.
The Tribute gets underway tomorrow night at Queens Place Emera Centre beginning at 5:30.
