Sea Cadets in Barrington are getting ready to show off their skills.
The 19th Annual Ceremonial Review is an opportunity to showcase what they’ve been learning in the training year.
The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets Corps 327 Unicorn will be performing and receiving awards for good dress, drill, and deportment.
Sub-Lieutenant John Brannen says anyone between 12 and 18-years old who’s interested in the program should attend.
“Really, the ACR is a great opportunity,” he says. “Because it’s sort of everything we do throughout the year, in a nutshell, in one morning.”
He says the cadets are the largest federally funded youth program in Canada.
327 Unicorn is the only corps in the Municipality of Barrington.
