A festive mood at Bridgewater Junior High as the school showed off the super projects they’ve been working on.
A video of the process, put together by a student media team, played on stage as the public walked amongst the displays.
The grade sevens’ eight foot high art installation acted as the centrepiece.
The grade eights’ pop-bottle greenhouses were situated at either end of the gym and the room was ringed with the grade nines’ 3-D cardboard animals.
Grade eight student Taylor Zinck was involved in both the media team and building the greenhouses.
She says students really enjoyed the change in routine.

Grade nine student Sarah Johnson helped build a 3D dinosaur and picked up some valuable life skills in the process.
“I learned a lot about teamwork. And how not to yell at your partner when you get annoyed with them.”
School staff say attendance during the projects never wavered.
And it goes to show if you challenge a student, they will rise to the occasion.
The 3D animals and art installation will likely remain on display at the school.
While Bridgewater Daycare and Petite Riviere Elementary will be putting the greenhouses to good use.
