A well known bagpiper and drummer with more than 29 years experience have set up shop in the south Shore Region.
Piper Heather Armstrong and her brother, drummer Jeremy Keddy, have launched the South Shore Pipes and Drums Association.
A school to teach all levels of bagpipe playing and drumming , based in the Chester area.
Armstrong says their goal is to bring pipers and drummers together in the South Shore who share the same passion for traditional piping and drumming.
The school will run from September right through until May, and will give students the practice and theory behind the magic of the pipes and drums.
And it's open to everyone, with or without experience.
"It's open to all age groups so if you want to learn how to play the drums, the tenor drum, the snare drum, bass drum; if you want to learn how to play the bagpipes, if you have already learned a little bit about how to play the bagpipes, all of that," says Armstrong.
Along with the school, there will also be a band.
